WHAT IS IT AND WHAT DOES IT SUPPOSED TO DO?
Celimax The Real Noni Moisture Balancing Toner is a low pH toner enriched with over 80% of Noni Fruit Extract and Noni Seed Oil that balances and deeply nourishes dull skin with vitamins and minerals, while moisturizes and improves skin texture.
PACKAGING
This toner comes in a semi-frosted transparent plastic tube covered with a rotating white lid. Recyclable and can be used as a vase for small plants.
TEXTURE AND SCENT
It comes in a light green watery texture with a minty scent which, at first, bothered me because I always had this idea that can be connected to rubbing Vicks on your skin. However, I’ll be talking more about it in the My Experience section.
KEY INGREDIENTS
Noni (Morinda Citrifolia) Fruit Extract (80.1%) – offers deep moisture and nourishment to the skin.
Hydroxyethyl Urea (1.5%) – provides excellent moisturization while offering a non-tacky and non-greasy finish on the skin.
Amino Acid Complex (5%) – contains 17 kinds of amino acids that have a similar component to that of the skin. It helps strengthen the skin barrier and moisturize the skin.

HOW TO USE?
I personally use toners with cotton pads, however, don’t be like me and go invest yourself with reusable cotton pads. I still have a long way to finish what I currently have. Moreover, after using cotton pads, I use my palms for another layer of the toner and pat it gently until it gets absorbed by my skin. You can also use this for your DIY mask but since I love it so much I don’t want to finish it quick (but still I did finish it fast).
MY EXPERIENCE
First Impression. So after putting a good amount on the cotton pad, I noticed the minty smell. I was really skeptical at first because I was so afraid it might irritate my skin. However, it didn’t and I loved it on first use! Spoiler alert: I finished it pretty quick because I enjoyed using it and layering it on days when I need it the most!
Texture Impression. At first, it really smelled like Vicks for me! However, as soon as I applied it to my skin I didn’t felt any tingling nor irritation nor redness. It felt as if my skin is happy I get to treat it with this product! Exaggerated but you get the point.
Moisturization level. Surprisingly for a toner, it’s very hydrating and moisturizing! It left my skin feeling soft after every use. I have dehydrated skin and I am impressed that it helped out my skin from getting flaky throughout the day! No dehydrated skin after using this but when I finished it I have observed that my skin came back to its dehydrated state. So I guess this toner makes a difference to my routine than my routine now.
Finish. An absolute delight! No tackiness as promised, and non-greasy, albeit, water-based. Made my skin feeling plumped and soft that my serum and moisturizer layers pretty well! I am also glowy but not oily-glowy during the day, compare to my previous and current routine!
Is it something worth a try for any skin type? I have combination and dehydrated skin and it worked pretty well for me! I’ve read other reviews from different skin types too and it also worked wonders for them so this one is a must-try!
This is a holy-grail for me that when I finished my current toners I would really stock this up for any season!
